Welcome to Claddaghcoon Maine Coons, established
in 1991.
We are a small home based cattery located in northern
New Jersey.
When we started breeding Maine Coon Cats, my first goal was always to have a
few well loved pets in my home as breeders that would be happy and healthy.
This goal has never changed. We have 1-2 litters a year, and my cats
are still beloved family pets first and foremost! We are proud to have
shown many Claddaghcoon cats to a variety of titles in CFA, believing that
showing our cats not only
promotes the breed but also demonstrates conformance
to the breed standard. The best possible health, temperament and
personality are still at the top of our list of priorities. We believe a great personality is one of the best traits of the Maine
Coon and we pay special attention to the socializing of our kittens. Our
kittens are raised underfoot and enjoy plenty of attention, so when going to
their new homes, they are well socialized, outgoing and friendly. They adapt
quickly to their new homes and provide a good experience for their new
families.
Our kittens are available to suitable homes for pet or show. Our cattery is
Felv. & Fiv. neg. and our kittens are vaccinated and examined by our
veterinarian prior to going to their new homes. Our pet kittens come with
a no declaw, indoor only, spay/neuter agreement. We do guarantee them to be
healthy, active and affectionate!
Occasionally we have retired breeding/show cats for adoption to loving
homes. All altered, healthy and very sweet.
